Located in Rivière-des-Prairies/Pointe-aux-Trembles, Montreal, this project offers 21 prestigious condominium units, most of which look out onto Rivière des Prairies. To make this project possible, we had to request a zoning change in order to replace the single-family house that was on the lot. A contemporary style inspired by revisited classic architectural elements was developed as a way to incorporate the building into the natural and man-made environment.
