The project Secteur rue Lamer—part of Les Cours Harry Worth—now counts 17 single-family houses. Realized in the midst of an economic crisis, the goal was to maximize land usage and lower sales prices. A new typology was therefore developed for this project, allowing us to reduce the size of each lot and offer semi-detached houses without acoustic inconveniences, all while complying with applicable regulations.
