Typologie: single-family house
Site: Montréal (Pierrefonds-Roxboro)
Client: private client
Year of completion: 2011
Located in the heart of Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Montreal, this project started with a feasibility study. As there was already a building on the lot, we had to complete a heritage study as well as a study of the impact of the new construction on the surrounding area in order to be granted permits and authorization. The building’s architecture and interior spaces were designed to establish an utmost connection between the interior and the exterior of the building, to ensure balance with the overall setting and to meet the new family’s specific needs.
Mandate:
- Heritage study
- Architecture
- Principles of interior planning
- Coordination with the City
- Coordination of other professionals
