Located in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Montreal, this building—and its underground lobby—dates back to the 90s. To revamp its appearance and make its different reception areas more accessible, we designed landscaping that highlights the stairs leading to the lobby, ending with a water basin and a cascading fountain.
Inside, we opened up common spaces in order to maximize natural light to the middle of the building. We also reorganized the different service rooms for residents around the lobby.
