Located on Querbes Street in Villeray/Saint-Michel/Parc Extension, Montreal, this eight-unit condominium project fills a vacant lot by replacing a back-lot building. All of the design features of this project were developed to blend into the urban fabric.
To maximize land usage and reduce our ecological footprint, we developed four different typologies which offer different relations to the city and public land, thus catering to the preferences and lifestyles of different buyers.
