Located in L’Épiphanie, north-east of Montreal, this project’s goal was to innovate and adapt different urban approaches in a peri-urban setting, all this in view of maximising lot usage and minimizing our ecological footprint. In tune with the needs of first-time buyers who wish to have a yard as well as their own address, Place Rancourt is an integrative project of 44 townhouses that share a common parking lot and recreational spaces.
To minimize the ecological impact of the project on the surrounding agricultural environments, the entire lot is surrounded by a catered buffer zone and a canopy of foliage shades 40% of the paved area.
