Located in the city of Laval, this urban project involved the renewal of a lot which formerly held a single-family home. To stand out from the surrounding man-made environment, a contemporary architectural style was developed for all 16 three-story townhouses. Also, to increase building density, studies were conducted in order to lay out the management of parking spaces, residual material, snow removal and green areas.
