Brook Street
Project type: master plan, urban revitalization
Typologie: single-family houses and townhouses
Site: Montréal (Pierrefonds-Roxboro)
Year of completion: 2007
Located in Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Montreal, this project involved the urban renewal of lots that had been left abandoned for many years. The project not only revitalized the neighbourhood, it also opened up several existing streets by completing the network of streets. Through its multi-styled architecture, the project creates visual connections between the buildings on surrounding streets—its simple architecture and classic materials allow for an excellent integration. To make the neighbourhood even more appealing, a portion of the land was allotted to the City of Montreal for the creation of a municipal park.
