Located in Anjou, Montreal, this project is part of the urban renewal project for the area located at the corners of Sherbrooke Street and Autoroute 25. Designed to maximize land use, the building brings structure to the street, all while preserving the neighbourhood’s human scale and giving the area a distinctive look. To ensure homogeneity without falling into monotony, a similar architectural style and like materials were used for all 18 residential units. At the same time, unique parapet and entrance detailing was developed for each unit.
